Terms and Conditions

Bluestellers (InfinityGrid Global) is a company registered under the laws of India. These Terms govern the use of the Platform and outline the responsibilities of users while accessing Bluestellers's services. The Platform facilitates interactions between users and experts, enabling knowledge-sharing, consultation services, and community engagement.

These Terms are governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (SPDI Rules), and the Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code, 2021, along with any other applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of High Court of Karnataka.

By creating an account, engaging with experts, or using any service on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Bluestellers reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with prior notification where applicable. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Bluestellers acts solely as a facilitator providing a platform that connects users with experts for knowledge-sharing and consultation services. Bluestellers does not verify the credentials, qualifications, or accuracy of services provided by experts. Users engage with experts at their own discretion and Bluestellers shall not be liable for any misrepresentation, inaccuracies, or losses arising from such engagements. Bluestellers does not guarantee the availability, reliability, or effectiveness of any consultation or advice provided through the Platform.

Bluestellers does not independently verify the qualifications, expertise, or credentials of experts listed on the Platform. The Company is not responsible for any advice, consultation, or service provided by experts and does not make any representations regarding the credibility, reliability, or suitability of any expert.

Bluestellers makes reasonable efforts to maintain availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Company shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from service disruptions or outages.
• Delays or errors in processing payments or engagements.
• Data loss, hacking, or unauthorized access to user accounts.

Bluestellers does not warrant or guarantee that engaging with an expert on the Platform will yield specific results or benefits. Success and effectiveness depend on multiple factors beyond the Company's control.

Users must be 18 years or older. If under 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required. By using the Platform, you confirm legal capacity to enter binding agreements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Bluestellers may suspend access if unauthorized use is detected. Each user is allowed only one account unless explicitly permitted.

Bluestellers reserves the right to terminate accounts for providing false information, fraudulent activities, or violating these terms. Users may request deletion by contactingsupport@bluestellers.com.

Payments are processed via a secure third-party Payment Gateway (PG). Bluestellers does not store or hold funds directly. Disputes regarding payments must be resolved with the PG provider or your bank.

Experts must complete KYC verification (ID, PAN, Bank Details) to receive payouts. Earnings are transferred after applicable deductions and processing periods via the PG.

Bluestellers reserves the right to modify transaction fees or introduce premium features with advance notice.

• Non-Delivery: Refunds are issued if an expert fails to deliver the service.
• User Cancellations: Bookings cannot be cancelled by the user once made.
• Timeline: Users must request refunds within 5 days of the scheduled service failure.
• Processing: Approved refunds are processed via the PG within 5-7 business days.

Experts must complete KYC verification. Experts are solely responsible for their qualifications and the accuracy of their services. Bluestellers is not liable for fraudulent claims by experts. Violation of ethical standards or laws may result in immediate account termination.

Bluestellers provides the marketplace but does not guarantee bookings, revenue, or engagement. Performance depends on market conditions, user demand, and expert effort. Low earnings are not grounds for dispute against the platform.

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Bluestellers a license to use it for operational and marketing purposes.

Bluestellers may use AI for content suggestions and analytics. Experts retain rights to modify AI-assisted content.

Uploading copyrighted, defamatory, misleading, or illegal content is strictly prohibited and may lead to account removal.
